End User License Agreement ("EULA")

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Ad-Ventures 5, Inc. (d/b/a Native Metrics) ("Native Metrics," "our," "us," or "we"). This EULA governs your use of our software applications, services, and related website (collectively, the "Services").

1. Grant of License

• Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Services;
• Rent, lease, sell, assign, or otherwise transfer rights in or to the Services;
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Services;
• Use the Services for any illegal purpose, or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.

3. Termination

Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice from Native Metrics if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination of this EULA, you shall cease all use of the Services and delete all copies of the Services.
